The Tape Measure










This basically occupied my whole Saturday last weekend. I just recently joined Optic View, the photography organization of DLS-CSB, and they had a Basic Photography Workshop. I was faced with people sharing the same interest and that is photography! I learned to be a human again, interacting with different people and surrounding myself with unknown grounds. What's weird about this was that, I actually enjoyed being with different people.

The duration of the morning; we had a lecture about the different functions of an SLR. (I don't have one, so the school lent me one. Yay!) Aperture and Depth of Field instantly striked my interest together with its Bokeh effect.









These above was for the attempt to find the 'Abstract' concept for the game the organization asked. But being a newbie, I didn't have the slightest clue on what to get. lol So yeah, I ended up having the commentary of "not an abstract.. at all" lol. At least I tried right? :P

Hi earthlings! what's in my bag... for real

what's in my bag (taken with instagram) left to right:  Umbrella (Grosser Schatten)- You could call me umbrella girl scout, because I always have this handy with me; rain or shine, I have this under my skin. Always keep in mind that quality is better than quantity. If I were you, buy the most expensive umbrella (at least 500), for the quality will stick with you until the end. I have this umbrella for 2 years already. Northanger Abbey (Jane Austen)- I remember my enthusiasm once I bought this book because the price of the book was less than 100. Oh the perks of a classic! But the downside to it, was the sardines font and the old English text that made my mind relaps after reading for some quite time. I don't remember the time when I started reading the book, but I had to say that it's taking me a long while because of all the old English texts. Make-up Stash

I don't know what got me today but I suddenly had an urge to fix my make-up stash (not that it's many). I will surely say that I maintain just the right amount of make-up that I know I could use until the end. I would not definitely buy new ones if I know there's a lot more in my stash, not unless I got it in a cheaper price = SALE or it's already expired. ;) Anyway, since we're at it, I tried coloring my face again with eye shadows that I don't normally use during the day. I usually do this during the times that I'm bored. lol Honestly, I don't even know how to put eye shadow in its right way. I just treat it as an eyeliner, thus the color I placed in my eye, is just near my eye lashes. If only someone could teach me. ;) And of course, with that experimenting or whatever, I would never fail to be vain. Eye bags, please disappear. lalalala ;)
