I seriously thought that I did not make it, but I guess my calculations were wrong. HAHA Achieved!  Thank you Lord, so much blessings, so little time. :D

Le Welcoming of December

Image
(Left to Right: Dating Game at Yuletide Bazaar Party; Earl Tan reading a girl's magazine hihi; Blue wedges ( Karla , Faith and I bought the same shoes with different colors) that I bought from World Bazaar Festival; One of the aftermath of black-outing last Saturday) I completely lacked the essence of blogging. Sorry guys :( I know I've been busy these past few days; school drama like the previous final paper, manning up interview for prospective practicumers for the next term and never ending search for a company on my next year's practicum. Oh the hassles and bustles of this month is on a total let down. Add it up to the point that I have literally blacked out last Saturday because of... wait what's the reason again? No one knows, but my body's acting really weird because of the stress. Let me recount to you these past few days.

Anxiety for the Unknown

Image
Today marks the end of my agony. The Singapore tour that I handled kicked off at around 4PM and by this time, I expect that they'll be there already. I'm in half-excited and half-nervous mode for my dear passenger-students; I feel like a parent worried about their child. lol  Anyway, anxiety would not do me any good. I would probably hear the results of the trip by Tuesday. Wish me luck! I hope there's some souvenirs or some sort for me after the trip. /feeling

Post-trauma

You just could not imagine what God has been playing out for you. Accidents happen, but is it for a reason? Did God purposely let a human being forget one very important task, to let this happen? The only thing left for me to think is... Thank God I am still alive.

Box it up!

I got my EAF last Friday, and I just saw the boxed part just now. I can't believe I'm about to close my school life soon. :( I still do not want this to end.

The Tape Measure

Image
This basically occupied my whole Saturday last weekend. I just recently joined Optic View, the photography organization of DLS-CSB, and they had a Basic Photography Workshop. I was faced with people sharing the same interest and that is photography! I learned to be a human again, interacting with different people and surrounding myself with unknown grounds. What's weird about this was that, I actually enjoyed being with different people. The duration of the morning; we had a lecture about the different functions of an SLR. (I don't have one, so the school lent me one. Yay!) Aperture and Depth of Field instantly striked my interest together with its Bokeh effect. These above was for the attempt to find the 'Abstract' concept for the game the organization asked. But being a newbie, I didn't have the slightest clue on what to get. lol So yeah, I ended up having the commentary of "not an a...

I'm B!

What could be more grateful than a whole lot of blessings visually given straight out from heaven? Yesterday was another one of the days when I would go to school. Unexpectedly though, a lot of blessings came knocking in. Freebies from Roxy, Quicksilver, DC and Kickers. There was an assembly of people gathering at our school lobby during lunch time, and being one of the curious students, I invited myself to join. I was with Nicole, Belay and Jian, at that time. At first, we were hesitant but since it was free we just grabbed the opportunity of getting freebies. Basta libre, GO! A text from Ms Shai from Cathay Pacific for my OJT. I got this text during my second to the last class during the yesterday afternoon. At first, it was Nicole who read it from her phone. Excitedly after, I checked my phone to see this message too. I got so happy Nicole said I turned red. Haha! The result of wishful thinking and continous checking of results from my calculator. Last week my...

Brand ME

Image
This Wednesday (today) was supposed to be dedicated to my lazy day, that involves too much reading, sleeping, blog-hopping, watching and so much more. But instead, I had to attend a seminar event in school for my ORDEV-C subject.  I know that this seminar was a mandatory event that we had to participate in, most of the times students won't take this seriously. I, myself, is even disturb of the thought that we had to attend an event, even at the time I have my free day. But I guess my day was worth it then. The seminar I attended was entitled "Brand Me". It was supposed to start at 1, but to think about Filipino time (I hate this trait of us, Filipinos), we started around quarter to 2. Ehh, I weren't bored since I have my two friends beside me. Hihi Once the speaker started talking, I tried to entertain and learn things that I could possibly apply with myself, since the name of this event partakes the me. First part was boring, but when he started to show percentage...

Waiting for my rocket to come.. cause Falcon got me stranded.

College is the place where you get to learn and experience a lot of new things in life. One example of which is getting stranded, because of the continuous rain and flood outside the school. This scenario would not be happening if it weren't for my school. They knew earlier that continuous rain could lead to flood, not to mention, my course's building is prone to that. So here is my scenario of getting stranded in school. Oh, if you probably did not know. My school has three buildings and those buildings aren't linked to each other. Here's a map of my school. See the box down right that says Angelo King International Center? That's my building. If one may analyze, there's also a visible creek at the back. What's the possible reason why the school has not yet declared official suspension? Here are my opinions: One.  My school is declared to have a trimester system, so for each term there would be only an amount of four months per term. Mind you...
