what's in my bag... for real

Image
what's in my bag (taken with instagram) left to right:  Umbrella (Grosser Schatten)- You could call me umbrella girl scout, because I always have this handy with me; rain or shine, I have this under my skin. Always keep in mind that quality is better than quantity. If I were you, buy the most expensive umbrella (at least 500), for the quality will stick with you until the end. I have this umbrella for 2 years already. Northanger Abbey (Jane Austen)- I remember my enthusiasm once I bought this book because the price of the book was less than 100. Oh the perks of a classic! But the downside to it, was the sardines font and the old English text that made my mind relaps after reading for some quite time. I don't remember the time when I started reading the book, but I had to say that it's taking me a long while because of all the old English texts. Nonetheless, I love reading hard to decipher books rather than teeny weeny easy ones. Alcohol (Hygenix)- You'l...

being busy never felt this great!

So my Mom and Bro are back in Manila from Palawan, and you know what that means.... freedom! Hihi I actually thought that it's going to be a loooooong weekend full of work load, but I guess I got used to it that it all seemed to be alright in the end. I saw what you did there. lol For the last two days, I've been manning out my mom's store, and that means waking up early, punching numerous digits into the cash register, getting immune to strangers looking at me and avoiding the gaze of .... (awkward). It all involved some tedious work especially if I'm in charge of all the money matters - somehow getting the right arithmetic was my job. Here's a bunch of accessories, my Mom and Brother bought for me. It's so awesome that my Mom knows what I want, and my cute brother, who picked the one from the left, is amazing for picking a beautiful piece. Isn't it pretty? A very cute turtle that my brother bought for himself! It's so freakin' cute!...

Coupons, it is!

Hi Junetizens! (the fact that it's already June and we're here in the web. lol) I'm trying my best to bring back my blogging mojo for everyone's sake, but since I don't really recognize the people who read my blog (if there's any), I'm solely dedicating every blog post to myself. lol How lonesome, aye? Anyway, I don't really care if someone actually reads my blog posts. I blog to express, not to impress. Get it? So anyway, I accompanied my Mom to the mall today for some last minute pampering and payments before her and my brother's trip to Palawan tomorrow. It's actually unfair that they're the only ones leaving for some R&R, and leaving my father and I to handle our business here in Manila; but my Mom sort-of promised to give me my own R&R when they get back, only in the form of freedom . lol Since my Mom had her nails done, I decided to have a trim for my dry edged hair. I got discount coupons and a card too, since I k...

It turns out; our nonexistent garden still has the power to bloom.  Even in the most unexpected place, you see beauty.

Hot Cakes!

Image
The summer heat is burning up my whole sanity! I went to my grandmother's house, which resides one block away, to deliver some pasalubong we bought from Tagaytay yesterday. It was an intense 5 minute walk that totally feels like an hour. -_-' If only I could just walk around naked. LOL kidding So now, I'm clamped inside my room drowning myself with downloads that has long been overdue. I literally have a long list of music and TV series to download, and I guess the list would grow longer as the summer progresses. Summer playlist, here I come! Anyway, here's my latest find! Hot Cakes of El Ten Eleven. They seriously make great sounds! Even if they don't incorporate lyrics inside their music, they still sell like hot cakes (for me, at least). Enjoy! :)

Is it really what I think it is?

This would probably be the weirdest post I'll ever had.  Lo and behold! My black flats that's utterly torn and decayed.  Just before the year started, I told myself to buy new things for the new year. Time spent on other things was (I guess) prioritized, which led me to forget to buy some necessities and that includes a replacement for such shoes. This pair of flats that is downright miserable in itself, lasted for quite a while. To tell you a little history, when I bought this pair at SM, it was the last pair of that style. I was indeed very lucky to find such pair of shoe in my size (though a little pricey than what I expected to buy), it was worth it. This pair of flats saved me from all the struggles of walking, the unexpected rain, the sickening flood, and all those hassles in life. I never had such a pair that sustained me through all those bad memories. LOL. I admit though, that in some way, I took these shoes for granted. I am sorry. :(  But this da...
Because I am bored The computer is handy Let's play Space Cadet! My first haiku after all these years. The sales department, which is my department, is out. They're currently having a SC product update in Dusit. That's why my life in the office is a no-brainer. Heh. So for the meantime, I'll be blog hoppin'. Currently lost for words. /sabaw

How to make sense?

One thing I always keep in mind when writing... as my professor says it: Type everything you have to say, typo or no typo, then edit right after.  I just wrote a heart felt letter moments ago and it absolutely felt right, because my mind cells are producing enough enzymes to produce rightful thoughts. I absolutely did what my professor had to say, I typed everything I wanted to say, and left the editing right after I poured everything in. It felt so good knowing I let it all out not minding if I have an error in my grammar, but when the actual editing comes in, there comes the errors right in front of me. Never ending as I see, but wishing it would just end like 1-2-3. I guess I have to send this now, but to who?

Innocent girl

Image
Sometimes I think that I have known enough.. experienced enough for my age. Then someone came and asked me if I knew this. I showed my *confused* face saying, "What's that?". And you go saying, "You don't know this? OH GOD! You're so innocent!" Then I thought... "Maybe I still am."

Exploring August

Food craving! We're stuffed! Failed to have long hair! It looks like a vest. @_@ View from SDA, while it rained so hard. Thus the droplets from the window. One of our simple joys indeed! Almon Marina: Yummiest food on earth!, or maybe we're just that hungry. This pretty much sums up my last two heavenly and eggly (if there's even a word? lol) days with my friend Patt! It was quite awesome when we decided to go around Glorietta on a Monday, just because we're bored. Being with Patt, I always assume that we're going to go shopping for clothes or shoes or bags, but it turned to be different this time. On a Monday, we just had our random window shopping plus awesome video and photo footage of our awesome boredom world. Tuesday though was quite unexpected, since it turned out to have another suspension because of the rain, I had her at exploring mode once again, having an awesome boredom day now at SM Southmall....

A Series of Unfortunate Events

Just want to post something random. This was my very first stored value card, which I bought yesterday. Firsts are everything. :> But today totally blew that 'everything' off. My SVC got invalid, thus I have to retrieve it next week for its replacement. #1stbadluck Pikachu is always irresistably cute! :> Plastic or real? Hihi :> So hard to understand what the reason is. Ehhh This is so scary and yet so cute! :> Hi bro *high six*! As my brother always tell me, 'Kizmo is always sad and down'.  Waiting for Richard, our driver, to drive me to the mall. My welcome screen!
